How much of it is still outstanding and unlikely to ever be paid though?

 

Even if they manage to get any of the fines in, which all the number so far is the amount issued, then they are restricted to what they can spend it on.

Any income from Clean Air Zones is primarily used to cover the running costs of the scheme. Any leftover money will be used to improve local transport, which can include improvements to public transport and cycling and walking schemes.

Not entirely CAZ linked but yet another example (as if we didn't have enough) of complete and utter stupidity from the people incharge of infrastructure in Bradford, namely WYCA and the council. Can't help but think they are.just taking the piss when they come out with proposals like this. A bit like the small stretches of bus lane up Wakefield road, anyone remember them?
