    Very good prices.

It's a shame they've almost scuppered their playoff chances, it's come down to the final game of the season for them.

Couldnt afford to go up in reality, the chairman actually panicked when they were top in January this is really a bit of a suck up to the fans who are rightly pissed off at how things have turned out.

Yep, trouble is they are away at chorley who could theoretically still win the league providing Stockport lose at bottom club Nuneaton. Best they can hope for is either chorley give up if stockport go a couple in front or that york do them a favour against telford

Wonder if Horsfall would be good enough for the National league

Clinched a play off spot today, potentially they could be just one league below us next season!

They have a decent stand along Wetherby Rd, another behind a goal. Behind the other goal is offices & the clubhouse, along the the other long side are a bizarre array of tiny stands, at least 4! However, a new stand has been started so l can't see any problems apart from the artificial turf will have to be replaced.

It was the turf. Usually grounds have to be at the needed standard before the end of the season.

Why wont Gareth Roberts fund them, when he came in he said he wanted to give something back to the Bradford community " This sense of community Mr Roberts has put at the heart of his mission at the helm of non-league outfit Bradford Park Avenue".

Hope Harrogate do it. Be hard getting tickets for the away game though, be like Chelsea all over again, queueing through the night to snap up the couple of hundred they would probably allocate us!

He isnt overly interested in the football side of things Dave. He is primarily wanting access to the land to develop for either the academy they are establishing or housing, Avenue will be sharing with the bullls soon.
I understand what you are saying with him being a billionaire, but there is also the fact that fans are having to fund signings and wages through a fighting fund they established

Isn't Horsfall Playing Field council owned, surely they wouldn't sell for housing would they, mind you it is a Labour council, well it is at the moment.

It has covenants for sports use only but if avenue were to get into bed with the bulls then the land would just go to waste. At the minute avenue pay for rent, upkeep, improvements etc. Would be of absolute no nuisance to the council if they left

Depends on length of lease they have. They may still have to do that for next 90 years if council gave them a really long lease like Bulls got before they sold it to RFL
