Not sure Stevenage away is the right game to start a boycott ;)

Also, "Harrogate" isn't the reason we shouldn't have lost on Saturday, but the fact Harrogate - like Leyton Orient - couldn't score for sh!t until, of course, they played us...

If you're a terrible team, don't worry! We can match you!

Reading the T&A comments and the usual suspect on this thread Mr Adams seems to still have a good few believers
Presumably they are the Thank goodness we aren't Bury/ Be thankful we have a club to support brigade
Tomorrow night isn't the right game to show displeasure, ok don't buy an I follow pass etc
Saturday is the game to show the depth of feeling a walk out the ground on a chosen minute may make the heirachy sit up
Don't hold your breath it having an effect on Mr Adams tho he would claim we were all beating the traffic he's as deluded as that

Bombard the pitch with tennis balls during Saturdays game is far from the worst idea - its visual, it will be noticed and it will stop play

Thats unless everyone has decided to boycott the game, then it won't be as effective! ;)

I didn't listen to the Harrogate game.

I wasn't doing anything in particular to avoid it, and I realised it was an early kick off, I just didn't really care.

Skipping the game, seeing the result, then hearing that we were 'unlucky' was more amusing than maddening, to be honest.

Apologies in advance as I know this example is way over the top and it’s still only football. But Park reminds me of someone like Lord Halifax before WWII. Thinking I can’t do anything just beg and plead with the Germans. It doesn’t matter what it is in life people in numbers can always make a difference, if you stand by and do nothing you can be culpable yourself. People power.

In Rupp’s defence he would take everything Rahic said to him as correct as Edin ‘knew football & we had to take him seriously’. Same goes for what the issue is now. Julian Rhodes told Rupp that Bradford City doesn’t need investment and can be run on a break even basis every season. Same Julian Rhodes that gave McCall the extended contract & promoted Ryan Sparks before he finally left the building.

Mmm I see a slight flaw in your cunning plan @Park bantam@Park bantam . A bit like the best laid plans on the back of the proverbial fag packet. No one has Herr Rupp's e-mail address!

I thought he'd already received a version of the Board's support after Sparks had said 'the manager would be fully supported in the transfer window'? And we all know how that went.

If I hadn't already booked my flight to Mauritius to watch this game I certainly wouldn't bother with it.

    100% goes to city
We return to action on the road tomorrow, at Stevenage, and UK-based supporters will be able to catch all the action from the comfort of their own home.

City travel to Herfordshire looking to return to winning ways at the Lamex Stadium, with action on Tuesday February 8 set to get underway from 7.45pm.

iFollow video match passes are available ahead of the clash, for those unable to make it to Stevenage on the day.

On sale for just £10, the pass will enable supporters in the UK to tune in for all the pre-match build-up from 7.00pm, before enjoying all the action alongside live commentary provided by BBC Radio Leeds' Jamie Raynor.

Supporters are reminded that 100 per-cent of monies generated through the sale of iFollow video match passes for this fixture will be directed straight to Bradford City AFC.

For full details on streaming arrangements throughout the 2021/22 season, please CLICK HERE.

Thank you for your insight John. Without breaching any confidentialities ( I believe this may be in the public domain anyway), can confirm that the German management company takes a circa £300k annual management fee from City.
(not doubting you for a second @Dennis@Dennis just see this as an opportunity to finally put this one to bed)

I havent seen the accs for two years and the numbers i saw were for the YE 30-Jun-20. Refer: Assessing the finances of Bradford City AFC (widthofapost.com) There was a bridging loan advanced in Jun-20 for c£200k that was repaid in Jul-20 but i found no evidence of monies / cash being paid to SR. I have not seen the more recent accounts although Alan Biggin reviewed those of FY21 in detail on the club website. I am not aware of a management charge being made since Jun-20 but it is academic anyway if the club is not profitable in the first place. In other words if there was such a payment that increased the club's operating cash shortfall it would only have to be made good by SR re-injecting monies. I have no reason to doubt what RS has said and it's nonsense to suggest that SR needs income from BCAFC as if to fund his lifestyle. Besides, SR has every incentive to make the accounts as good as possible without burdening them with excess costs or interest charges.
