    Following Madley's strange decision to call off City's game against Crawley, it seems he is at it again.
    He has just called off Charlton's match against Portsmouth after a second late pitch inspection. Everyone there is bemused and thinks there is no problem.
    He used to be a referee in the Premier league. Is he just too used to superior conditions, or would he rather have the afternoon off?
