    A bit of a fairytale story for this chap.

    He was on loan with us in the 2012/13 season from West Ham, then his career gradually dwindled, being arrested for multiple fraud and money laundering offenses in 2017 before being released by part-time non league club Maidstone in 2019 aged 25.

    He moved to Sweden for a change of life and had a trial with bottom of the league Ostersunds (who Graham Potter once managed), they got relegated from the top flight but he was scoring goals, and was signed by Hacken. Hacken won the Swedish league this season 2022 (they have calendar-year summer seasons in Sweden) with Turgott scoring in the decisive win on the final game of the season. Blair Turgott will be playing Champions League football next season with Swedish champions Hacken!
