    Cracking signing for them. He should score a Shedful at this level. If they keep Langstaff too they should be a right force despite probably losing Rodrigues

    Some big players in the division this season. County, Wrexham, Stockport, Gillingham, MK Dons, ourselves. Thankfully the other clubs that came down i think will stay down. Gonna be some very interesting weeks ahead with the transfer market.

    As you say if he does want to stay in the game playing regular football I'd suggest money is not his main motivation, I would think Doncaster would appeal to him as he has played there twice before, I cant see playing in front of 16,000+ would be a problem in fact I think it could be a plus Sharp was never one for shying away.

    Agreed. But I didnt have Carlisle, Stevenage or Northampton going up last term! I suspected Orient, very good business last summer.

    Northampton kept the bulk of the team that were cheated out of promotion the season before. Carlisle were the wildcard and the others were all about the quality of manager they employed for this level.
    On that basis unless we bring in better players to improve on what we had last season then top 3 is unlikely.
    We wait with baited breath for these nailed on signings.

    If there is any truth in the Sharp rumour then there would have to be a big change in Hughes tactics. He hasn’t played two up with us yet
