Sounds about right. So £63.66 if both win league or £7.33 if one (or both) fails to win league (place odds being 3/1 and 5/6)

 

Not the greatest odds in the world but double your money and a bit extra. I just can't see how this loses, backing city of course

Because they are in the past and mean nothing this season. By your logic if we had had 10 promotions in 22 years we should be more confident.

 

Well it kind of does.

 

As we're still in the bottom division, it would also mean we have had 10 relegations in the last 22 years, so I'd be more dizzy from the yo-yo effect than anything else!

Please explain how the number of promotions in x number of years has any bearing on now ? What players do we have who were here two years ago, which owners, CEO, manager. Just about the only person at the club who was here in 2018 is Mick Lamb.

The number of promotions in the past has nothing at all to do with our 21/22 chances. If it did we would have had no chance of promotion in 1977 because we had only been promoted once in 50 years prior to that.

 

My point was more betting with heart rather than head loses money but yes, she’s busy enough funding Stoke’s losses at the bottom of the Championship.

 

They won’t be in a couple of months when the winter lockdown takes effect.
