    Cook's second goal yesterday reminded me of one of Wright's two goals against Cambridge United in the opening (home) match of the 1977/78 season.

    Like Cook, Wright was not known for his speed, but he managed to outpace the Cambridge defence in a run from the halfway line to score one of his two goals (and City's four goals) that day.
