Bernard Fisher R.I.P

Remember him from my late teens.Good keeper. RIP. Names that fade through the years but saddening to lose another piece of my City memories.

Bernard’s name rings a huge bell, but for the life in me don’t remember his face, even though I would never miss a home game at that time.

 

As far as I remember,Bernard was first choice keeper,I remember him saving a penalty at Halifax,but don't ask me what year that was.,as my memory is not what it was.

 

“ It’s all a blur” . Never a truer word spoken . Strange phenomenon… some players stand out in your mind whereas others like Bernard just got on with their jobs RIP.
