They probably do. its a scalp for them beating a former premier league club, where as our players think they just have to turn up to beat this non league shower.
Poor mental attitude for years now, not like the Parky days, when we turned the table on all those higher league clubs.

Can only see defeat here. A bit of a bogey side to us. We don't seem to like the Cumbrian air, Carlisle being another venue we always seem to lose at

 

Heavy rain and mph+ winds in Barrow today until the afternoon.... good luck to the ground staff! Amazed we have just 1 win in 5 against these lot. Feels like since we dropped back down to L2, the Barrows, Harrogates and Salfords of the world have better records against us that anyone else.

 

Correct decision. It’s not due to stop raining til about 2pm over there. Their groundsmen will know if 6 hours or so is enough time to get a sodden pitch playable. Just a waste of a days holiday if it’s called off but it’s better than being called off when we get there!

The weather in this country is simply only going to get wetter.
It’s unlikely that the game will ever move to a summer sport but maybe it’s time to allow the bottom 2 leagues to have 4G pitches.
