    Just come across this on the Internet and was super impressed.

    Now I know I have an HR/general management background and therefore can be accused of being a bit flowery but it's brilliant to see a club not just having the Mind logo on the back of their shirt but embracing it and proactively reaching out to someone in need.

    Absolutely top effort. It is OK to ask if someone is OK and it is OK to answer that question with 'no, I'm not ok'. Let us all be inspired by this effort from Barnsley.
