Brown for bacon, red for sausage.

The only possible reason for any sauce is very poor bacon

You need the tanginess of the brown sauce to cut through the saltiness of the bacon.
Unless you eat shit unsmoked bacon!

 

Nope always eat decent smoked - with red sauce, and brown for sausages

I Do not eat bacon its a carcinogenic food, but sausages have to be brown sauce

Brown sauce on nice and crispy bacon in a well buttered teacake is heaven.

Red ketchup is for chips only I am afraid to say.

 

Brown given the choices available, but, and especially if it is a nice piece of peameal bacon, best of all is a good strong mustard.
