Carol said they all went for a meal afterwards and the atmosphere was terrible. She said George Mulhall was sat on the team bus working his way through a bottle of scotch.

Worst ever post match feeling that day. Absolutely gutted. Out back home later in the evening a Leeds supporting acquaintance took the piss. Done in court for ABH a month later.

Remember getting stranded from the coach at the end of the game and had a claret and amber mohair striped jumper on and had to fight my way to it through all the piss taking posh fans. covered in blood and spit. Bad day all round
