They did well in the second half.
Our subs helped them.
He was right to make changes when he did but leaving Novak up top by himself, leaving the walking Akpan on in the centre and bringing on a third centre back were all poor.

Gutted that we lost but by the sounds of it on the radio the conditions were atrocious second half-much worse than the first.
It seems Cambridge pressed as high as they could to force us to kick long. Good tactics from them using the wind to their advantage. So we went 5 4 1 when Paudie came on. That should have been strong enough to hold out for a draw at worse.
The positive from this is that SM has had another game to see who is up for the fight.
Who wasn't marking their man for the winner?
Its all right having a go at SM but yet again we switch off and let in late goals.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

Maybe Stuart should have taken a leaf out of Cambridge’s book first half and played long balls into the box with Novak and Donaldson up front as well as sitting to deep second half we didn’t us the conditions well enough first half

The crazy thing about this team this season is bowyer overloads the team with garbage midfielders and yet we have no midfield.
Cannot stop teams running through us and shooting at will.
Next season will be down to how many season tickets get sold by the McCall myth.
Otherwise City will be in the khazi league for some time yet.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

I'm not sure what he could have done by the sounds of it, it was all one way traffic second half. -

All you need to know about this shite spineless team. Hopkins, Bowyer just clueless. Only a mass cull will done this summer.. And the only player I'd keep. And thats our keeper.. The rest can go to f###... -

With this modern Bradford City team, one thought should always be in your mind so that you're never surprised.
If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
5th with 10 minutes left, says it all. -
It's all very sad. We all wish Stuart the best but today his tactical naivety was there for all to see. He's a load of rubbish to work with and maybe he'll make a better fist of it next year but the harsh truth is that his natural role is a as a number two rather than a manager. I can't see him changing now and he just seems to repeat the same mistakes time after time. As I say, very sad.
