    Well another game on Tuesday. Injuries littering the squad and a bang average squad at that.

    Crawley 4 wins from 6 at home, scoring 15 to 8 in recent times. Us, one away win in 14 months.

    After 5 without a win, Crawley beat Barrow 4-2 on Saturday following up from a 3-3 draw the week before.

    Hope I'm wrong but I can't see anything but a home win irrespective of today's decision. Just don't see us doing the right things at either end of the pitch.

    Drop ROD letting in too many soft goals put Hornby in and lets see what he can do.

    Go for a 3 5 2

    Drop BRE (permanently) and give young Sikora a chance-cannot be worse than BRE

    Kian Scales deserves a chance over Watt and Sutton who have failed to really stand out.

    Donaldinho needs putting out to grass so up front Nova and Clarkey-cant be any worse that what has been there recently.

    Having so many youngsters coming through this season bodes well for their coaching future. As well as the five 18 year olds, there are two others in Suckienicki and Wood.

    However, and without unduly blaming anyone involved, perhaps one of the reasons we are third bottom is an over reliance on blooding youngsters. The age old conundrum of achieving a balance hasn't been struck this season, and it will be interesting to see how the next manager treats the kids.

    Following the post from @Dennis@Dennis in another thread, he could easily de-register some of the 18 year olds to make room for 'men not boys', right?
