I shouldn't think that any under performers today will play again this season if Hughes is striving to find ..well let's face it..his best 5 players.

 

You could hear the Colchester fans laughing. Utterly embarrassing, won’t miss any of these players on the pitch.

 

It’s a team made up of squad players and Hughes is giving them a chance to prove themselves. Not one who has come in has done anything whatsoever.

 

Utterly terrible half. The very minimum required is a bit of fight in the second half. They ought to be ashamed of that first half performance.

I have a tiny tiny bit of sympathy for some of these players. Thrown into a side with 6 changes and playing out of position in a second string team. For me if Hughes wanted a proper look he should have tried 3 today and 3 on Saturday. I'm not sure what Suttons best position is, but I do know its not left wing. Bring on Vernham and give Sutton 45 at RB or right mid
