    Wouldn't make a difference. Adams is clearly a capable manager - look at his CV.

    The fundamental issue, is that we have far too many poor players in the squad. I think we lack leadership on the pitch too.

    The keeper and back 4 aren't good enough, especially Kelleher and Threlkeld. And we're far too intricate in our midfield play - we need to be more direct. And whilst Cook and Angol look half decent, they'll be lucky to play 15 games between them this season.

    Piss poor. This January needs to be bold - it won't be.
