I'm not suggesting anything, if you read it again I was asking if the away games would be categorised as accruing more points because fans have traveled the length of the country rather than 28 miles down the M62 to Bury or Oldham.

Let’s say someone goes to all 23 away games this coming season and have 23 points. They also attend all 23 games the season after, Will they have 46 points and then 69 points after season 3 etc etc.
Or will points start from zero again at the start of each season? -

Could the solution to the away priority issue be contained in some of the other debates currently ongoing in other threads. Away priority tickets given away free to all those giving x number of hours voluntary work to the club cleaning seats or whatever else needs doing.

I doubt if any away matches last season sold out before the tickets went on general sale - even Fleetwood and Accrington games fairly early on in the season had tickets on general sale.
Whilst in the lower reaches of the EFL structure the only reason to buy a priority away ticket is on the (usually mistaken) belief that towards the end of the season we will be at or near the top and that at least I can buy a ticket for the play off semi final away leg. (Sadly disabused at Fleetwood 2017)
I'm quite happy to "donate" an extra £20 to the club even though I realise my priority ticket is somewhat superfluous
As for sell outs at Plymouth, Exeter, Chorley etc - don't make me laugh -

I still don’t get how you get points if you pay on gate?
When we get to a point where all tickets go for a good percentage of away games and it is restricted to one per member, we need a points system. Until then, we don’t
