Anyone been able to buy one of these yet? When I click on the link, it offers me the option to get my ST delivered by Recorded Delivery at a cost of £2.50, but no option to buy an Away Priority.

Is it just playing up for me?

Does anyone know the actual cut off number regarding priority.
It would appear everyman and his dog are buying one.

You have a fair point based on that we could indeed get Guiseley or Bradford PA in the cup but a fair cap would be 1000 not 2000.
Even then in the event we only have 500 tickets, it’s likely that many of the 1000 holders would not want a ticket.

I would limit it to the lowest normal away allocation. A quick check suggests there a few Clubs whose away allocations are around the thousand mark, with Newport County's 980 possibly being the lowest.

So, yes I'd go with a cap of 1,000*.

*Given the distance I am assuming that at least 20 Priority members wouldn't want a ticket.

Like I said, the club never seem to learn from previous feck ups.
It’s quite possible that we’ll play Newport in the playoffs , leaving 1000 fans disappointed and the lucky ones tired and cold from camping outside VP for hours

Well that was the same for Fleetwood play off tickets but folk still started queuing from about 4am the morning of sale, me included. Not sure if tickets were available online and if they were nobody trusted the website

I recon people maybe getting ahead of themselves on here, especially with the season we just had and our recent history of L2. I won't be rushing out to buy one nor will I be dissapointed to miss out on Newport away.

But at some point in the future people will be disappointed . You mention our recent history ? Have you seen how many times we’ve had ticketing problems recently

Got mine & my lads. Had them for the past 3 seasons. I hope the club don’t pull another ‘Fleetwood’ where BDFC & a few other “chosen few” supporters clubs were given priority for free before those who had paid for priority cards again!

Hopefully the club can resolve the issue for next season where ‘Priority’ is given to those who travel to the most games. But I don’t mind paying, season tickets are cheap and the additional £20-£30K this brings in for the club goes towards the budget.

It depends how far in the past they go really when awarding points. Will it be going forward only or past seasons?

How will that work is an away day at Bury/Oldham calculated the same as an away day at Exeter or Plymouth ?.

Unless they are able to have the system in place midway though this season and award people points but not start selling games based on points until next season. If not then yes it will be a bit slow to start with basically the same as we have now with season ticket holders/flexi card and the rest but it does give everyone the same opportunity to build up points so the fairest way to do it. Ryan seemed to be very pro having a points system in place so i'm sure we'll hear more when more is confirmed and put in place.

Surely it has to be going forward only as people have previously had other options to buy tickets on day etc
