A week priority? There has been occasions when its been barely a week from a game and ticket details havent even been released at all

 

I'm ok no thanks Wembley has plenty of seats to go round

 

I can’t wait for the crying on here when we need to beat Forest Green on Good Friday to ensure auto promotion.
Even funnier is if we played Newport in the play offs. Only 500 seats

I like the idea that the tickets were actually supplied in a golden envelope. The ensuing faux outrage from some quarters on the back of that was a highlight of the old forum.

 

And what's the lowest allocation going to be? Clubs can change their allocation on a game by game basis if they want just like Fleetwood did so an away allocation at Grimsby in the league would normally be 2,200 but if they wanted to they could reduce it 900 as it's 10% of the capacity with no notice. Also how do we know who we'll play in the FA Cup, we could get a non-league who only have a few hundred as an away end so do we limit it to a few hundred?

 

Why would folk need to camp outside? Now that you don’t need a physical card and a Priority is added to your online account, the tickets would surely be available via the website?

I believe for the Fleetwood game they went online to priority ticket holders at 9am, I logged on at 9am and got an error message, I came out closed the City website down by the time I got back into the Fleetwood tickets they'd be sold, then we were told suporter branches had been given tickets, I don't know if that was true or not at the time I was a little annoyed, but as the majority I watched it on Sky with a couple of beers to console me .

 

I rest my case about taking your chances online. Much safer to queue at the office if you are able to do so.
Anyway the general argument here is that the club shouldn’t over subscribe the away priority tickets or they risk this same scenario next May

 

I dont travel with any supporters groups.

Last time I did was on Patsy's coach Bolton away 1985.

 

Andy from Corn Dolly spoke to Mick Lamb over a week ago I think and they had sold over 900 or so at that stage.

 

Got mine. Helps get an early chance for away tickets when you want one. Don’t miss many away games normally sort out travel arrangements well in advance at cheaper rates.

If you go to away games no brained, buy the priority card.

 

I don’t mind paying but wouldn’t have to if we had a points system

 

Ryan Sparks said at the fan forum last night that a points system will almost certainly be in for next season. They did have a look at it for this season but they didn't have enough time to get it all set up and make sure it was working so rather than risking it and issues occurring with it they decided to wait until next season when they are sure it would work.
