Bit of a feel good signing, another appointment made when we were acting very unprofessionally appointing people without a recruitment drive and because they lived nearby.

Not saying Kiwomya wasn't suitable, he had the CV, but pinching your local commentator was a bit desperate.

 

At least the club Comms is getting better, even if it on the back of reading the various threads on here (hi Ryan).

There have been a couple of things over the last couple of month either raised on here or on twitter , where the club have moved to make an announcement after it's been discussed elsewhere.

Wonder if they would have made a statement, had questions not been asked?

 

Andy talks about memories as a commentator. Does that mean his commentating days are now over !?

 

It was clear he had left or was going to as he wasn’t involved in pre season by all accounts but with the season starting on Saturday it’s best just getting it out in the open.

Maybe, the club had to wait until settlement had been done.

Good luck to him but please don’t come back on the radio.

... on match day tbf. We don't know what he did during the week or put in place for the players. That said. Getting dumped so quickly is hardly a great reference to what he brought to the squad.

 

It doesn’t really matter anymore, life moves on , but don’t be surprised if we don’t see him being a radio commentary guest now and again?

 

Wrong thread mate this post needs to be in the joke thread, with comments like that you show you're lack of knowledge with regards the job that Andy Kiwomya or any first team performance coach did.

 

He got sacked after 5 months. That’s the joke.

Ok let’s dance around it. He did a great job, absolutely incredible in fact he was that good he lasted a mighty 5 months.

Through performance coaching, they give people the resources and encouragement they need to excel by doing the following: Evaluating an employee's performance, I'd suggest most of that is done on the training pitch wouldn't you.
