I think MH will want us pressing high and that isn't Cook's game. IMO he'll be gone in the summer.

 

You clearly didn't understand the point being made. I'll say it again just so it sinks in. Fans did not sack or get rid of Adams. Derek did that himself by playing the worst football seem here for a long long time. The fans opinions were merely a by product of that awful football. If he'd listened to a lot on here we'd have stuck with Adams for the ridiculous notion of stability.

Hughes and the club will need to decide how many transfer windows that will require. Me I’d say cut our losses in the close season 2022 others may say by Jan 2023?

Of course this has to be “ funded”. That side of it , we are in the lap of the gods, so to speak?

Effectively the same career trajectory as Gareth Evans - except, you know, that Evans scored quite a lot of goals.

Wing back is a cert, he's okay there, harmless enough - can still kinda see RB though, but time will tell on that one.

No idea Kev. I didn't go and didn't even know the result until later that evening. I'm hoping Hughes can spark some interest back into me but for now I'm not wasting my time unless the kids specifically ask if they can go.

 

So did Mark Trueman and he was as horrendous as the rest that game.

I'm not buying into this Gillead renaissance (is it even that considering he's never actually done it in the first place) until he's performed even at an acceptable level for a prolonged spell.

 

I think Mark Hughes probably rates Alex Gilliead and he was also talking up Gareth Evans in today's T&A so I suppose we right off Mark Hughes straight away.
