    Well you’re ‘shite’ and you know it, Andy Cook. Not fit to lace the boots of Car Wash personnel, never mind entrepreneurs!

    Here are the stats for goals and assists in League Two!

    Struggling to find a more complete set of figures!

    Cook has been damned effective for us. Along with Lewis, his performances have been the main assets in dragging us into our current position.

    Yes he may not be the ‘flair’ forward, but he is damned good at putting the ball in the net. His goal return over his 100 appearances for City is outstanding!

    So a quick Poll in regard to offering him a new Contract. Your choice.

    Surprised how well Jordan Gibson and Carlisle are doing.

    Not my kind of player, at all, but hats off to him/them for the season so far.

    Watt could have done great things for us this season, as playmaker, but alas, he didn't want to stay.

    Zero goals you mean?.

    Salford have scored 51 goals and you want me to believe Watt has passed the ball to the actual man who put it in the net on 44 occasions. 85% of the goals .Absolute rubbish.

    EDIT.

    This is wrong,I misread the table…my apologies. It’s 14 assists and zero goals for a non defensive midfielder.

    I'd pretty much give Cook whatever contract he wants tbh (within reason). A 2 year deal would be ideal but even 3 years wouldn't be crazy.
    Even if its not working out for whatever reason come the end of next season, every single club in lg 2 would be desperate to sign him. There was rumours of Wrexham buying him in Jan. Those sorts of deals / speculation aren't going to disappear. He's not particularly injury prone either so its a low risk contract renewal.

    Get him signed!

    Out of the list of ‘assists’, the stats for Owen Moxon stand out. Twelve assists and five goals. Have to say I know nothing about him.
    He has played all his football in Dumfriesshire prior to this season, most of it in Scottish League Two.

    Agreed, looks a quality player on paper.

    I see he's a Carlisle lad, so that probably saved on scouting for them.

    I think Hughes did everything in his power to keep Elliott Watt but he wanted to be closer home apparently same as Vernam.
