in the gents in the McCall/Hendrie there was a strip of wood with half a dozen nails stuck in it just leaning on the wall that I moved so kids didn’t catch themself on it.

these are in areas that are in constant use throughout the year as well so no excuse that it was the first match

How about a tiny bit of minuscule investment in the upper main stand (can't speak for any other areas of the ground) with regards to the railings, stairways, piping, toilets, kiosks, etc. They all need fresh paint and they're filled with rot, damp, scratched/faded colouring, moss, etc - it's a pretty grim environment to be around.

 

What is it with the PA system at Valley Parade it's been absolutely useless for years.
The only time it's audible is when they shout "Will the Green team leader contact the control room".

 

Water was leaking out of main pipe walking out the kop yesterday, looked to be through rust .

 

You get free bird muck on your seats in the lower tier of the kop.

 

I find it pretty hard to fathom that a sound system can be that shit in 2024.

I doubt I could find another venue anywhere in Bradford with a sound system that bad. From the lowliest pub to the tiniest football club (and I visited a few in preseason), we blow them out of the water (AND ANOTHER THING lol)

sounds like the stadium ownership is not doing proper upkeep....maybe they should consider selling it to the club for 1 pound so the burden of upkeep is no longer a problem for them....

 

While I fully appreciate we have some utterly vulgar fans that arent potty trained, there still needs to be something done in the mens toilets. They are absolutely disgusting. A quick clean after match day wouldnt go a miss.

As for the seats, good luck with having a clean seat not covered in filth or bird shite. They are only cleaned when the club begs fans to go down and clean them for free.

They have your money though so you just gotta accept it. Clearly Sparks doesnt give a shite.
