    This bloke doesn't half wind me up. I like his rumours, but he's insufferable.

    he's calling himself a 'visionary' on twitter for predicting that Lampard would get the Chelsea job at some point.
    bloody hell - he's hardly Nostradamus. I think everyone with any passing interest in football knew he'd get that job at some stage.

    A big club like Chelsea signing up a 1 year apprentice manager sounds very risky to me

    Tide them over during transfer ban. They will have to use their squad. Lampard fits that mould plus appointing him will keep fans on side even if they suffer this year. Smart move in my eyes

    True but the opportunity might not always come around. Derby are in financial difficulties so will be tricky to repeat last year. Especially if Chelsea keep the loanees
