    I'll start it. Build it and they'll come.

    Hound him out and we'll likely do the same again in 12 months perhaps whilst heading into non league.

    Ignore what he says, how he looks and his choice in coats. It is all largely irrelevant.

    Sits back, opens popcorn.

    You know it makes sense.

    Actually no it isn't. I truly believe getting rid of Adams now is a bad decision for the club. No piss take.

    Needs to stay until the end of the season, if only to show credibility to potential candidates. Only gets beyond this Season if we make it to the playoff finals. Lose at Wembley or get promotion he gets a reprieve.
    We’re an absolute basket case of a club, No direction average 4th tier budget, financially behind The likes of FGR, with the most demanding fan base in the league......who in Their right mind would risk a their career to come here!

    From what I can see, the ‘off the field’ activity of the club, seems to be making some progress. I thought the ‘budget’ was in the top six? I struggle to understand how Forest Green can have a bigger budget, when they are looking at a new stadium, and have support under 2,500 attending a game.

    Having made that point, I think the rest of your post corresponds with my view.

    There would be plenty of interest if there was a vacancy, don't worry about that.

    I don't envisage a vacancy anytime soon though. Sparks will stick with his 'man' until at least next Christmas time

    I am not in the Adams out camp.
    But, football is an entertainment sport. At the moment our football falls short in that area.

    we have some good quality players it’s how he sets the team up narrow and sits deep.
    If he gets the football right people will start to believe again.

    Adams is a frustration.

    From line ups that lack expansive play, a rather negative set up to quite puzzling post match interviews, I can truly understand the distain towards Adams. Football is a chore, currently.

    Is he the short to medium term answer. Honestly, I don't know. I don't have a magical ball. Can Adams, get us promotion preferably before May 2023, I've got some confidence here. His CV is good, he has shown his ability to work within a 'sustainable' budget.

    That 'sustainable' budgeting ain't going anywhere. Not under the disease that spreads throughout our club, Rupp. I'm sure our CEO has learnt an incredibly valuable lesson from his pre season comments. One I'm sure, he wishes he hadn't said!! We won't this pre season, I can guarantee you that... Least he won't sell Adams down the river on this one next season.

    So Rupp stays? A budget will be in place. Possibly made worse by season ticket fall outs, though ST sales nowhere near as deep as some suggest.

    Can Adams work within that framework? Yes, his past suggest so.
    Can Adams provide a positive style of football? The early weeks of the season suggested so, though clear evidence at Morecambe and Plymouth showed his 'style' of football would frustrate.
    Can Adams galvanise the fans? I have my doubts but results ultimately will be his undoing.
    Can Adams build a squad capable of pushing for promotion next season? I'm hopeful. But I'm also realistic to expect it to be players, many fans, think of as 'meh' or worse.

    At the moment, we was sold the golden egg by Sparks in promotion. He's also gone quiet. Rupp is more elusive (actually that's unfair!) than Dion Pereira. So many frustrations amongst our fan base. I get it. The guy we see and hear in Adams is taking much of the flack (some warranted), as are the players. Not a healthy environment, ultimately, for the ones whom deliver success.

    The other point is get rid of Adams and we start again. I'm not averse here, even with his contract length. But we have seen 10 management teams rock up at VP in Rupp's time and the common denominator is non have succeeded. Some have really failed.

    Move Adams on. We start again. Budget 'sustainability', fans expectations, invisible Rupp and quiet Sparks. The same ingredients as we have now. Some may say, a poisoned chalice?

    So, good post @nicknameless@nicknameless. It's gonna be a tough sell this thread.

    Down to you Adams, you've got my support primarily because of your CV and the conditions, any manager, would have to work within and under at this club. But please, stop with your interviews.

    Oh and RUPP OUT.

    The problem is, focus on Adams and whether he's in or out, detracts from the real issue.

    Rupp. We need a concerted effort there. Go after the rot at the heart of this club.

    Agree we definitely need to see better than we are doing now. Rome simply wasn't built in a day though. Getting rid of Adams won't solve any deep seated issues either, probably exacerbate them.
