Yes very good Keefly but no surprise to me. Ryan and Crewe have worked their socks off despite all the slagging on here. Not just this. I’m a Trustee of the Community Foundation who have just been marked 3rd out of the 72 League club Foundatins over 15 key areas. Brilliant performance. According to some we train at a school, we have muppets running the Club and we’re going nowhere. If only they knew!!!

 

They engaged but didn't answer the questions, it was just a generic fob off.

I suppose it counts as "engagement" but the generic term doesn't allow for the quality of that engagement or even whether the engagement has resolved a specific issue or not.

 

Best fan engagement would be success on the pitch Bronco.

 

Still be failing under our owner Dave, even If we get promoted. @wetherbywhaler remind me how engagement has enhanced my 4th division experience being beaten by Rochdale et Al...

Well the club has eventually engaged with 25 yearers, so it's a thumbs up from me.

Without doubt, let's hope we get that come the end of this season, we are in a good position to deliver, but I do have to agree the home performances have not been as good as I would have expected, but if it brings us a promotion I won't complain .

 

I received that questionnaire but couldn't get past question 1. It was asking me to comment on the club's performance on Twitter, Instagram and various other online platforms that I never use, so couldn't answer. I tried to just put an answer to Facebook and YouTube but it wouldn't let me move on without answering all of it. Bizarre.

 

The sort of survey that many companies do that do not let you give certain answers that they do not want to have.
There doesn't seem to be much engagement with the 25 year ticket holders who are having a fifty per cent increase on their tickets for next season.
Basically, tough.

It’s not acceptable to just explain why the suites are going up in price.

Well done to Ryan and his team. They do not get everything correct, but who does in life and appear to learn from any mistakes. Long may it continue.

All that is well and good, and credit where credit is due, but with the greatest of respect none of it means anything if we don't go up this season.

 

Yes, it's all well and good blowing their own trumpets when we are 6th and going okay in the league.. but this type of news would be pretty irrelevant if we were 5 or 6 places lower than we are now.

Let's get over the line and get promoted before we celebrate anything
