    It might have worked in the past but as NBC keep finding out in recent years with their Summer and Winter Olympic coverage it doesn't these days. They will delay the big events for America until they can show them in prime time but now with 24 hour news channels, hundreds if not thousands of sport and news websites not to mention social media it's pretty much impossible even if you really try not to find out the results before you get to see them

    Many UK games have been kicking off at 5, 5.30 and 6pm in recent months, ie EFL Trophy last night, and EPL/EFL back end of last season.

    As others have pointed out anything pre-5pm is not very customer friendly considering work, school, etc.

    Yes guilty as charged although as you know it was only tongue-in-cheek, it's only since the school lockdown I've be able to enjoy the luxury of a lie in ever day now the schools are open again it's back to the school run, what a bummer :(.
