We looked leggy and disjointed tonight. Multiple misplaced passes. Panicky defending.

Bobby well off the pace. Should have been hooked at half time and Walker on.

Overall a good point from a game we usually lose when playing that poor.

Still all to play for. I don't get people giving up already.

What a deflater of a match. Draw didn’t really help either side but nobody looked good for the win.

For me that was Bobby's worst match, he looked so off it it was unreal. The amount of times he gave away the ball when trying a simple ball became a joke by the end.

Feels like we have to win one of the away games to me for autos.

Oh you do cheer me up. Imagine if we were mid table with nothing to play for.

Enjoy your weekend and don't eat too much chocolate.

Agree for Doncaster or Walsall to go above us they have to win, I'm not saying they won't but to suggest the seasons over is far from the truth.

He should have been subbed at half time so god knows what GA saw to keep him on for 90 minutes.

As for folk simply giving up come on there are a few more twists to come .............keep the faith

In that case it's the playoffs. I'm only very slightly more optimistic but we seem to be closing out the season with a dip in form.

You know we can absolutely do that-starting at Chesterfield. Just need to concentrate on the game and look to get the 3 points. We have had a sickness bug in the club this last week or so-maybe that's why we looked a bit off the pace tonight?

I cannot believe how many people are saying that was a poor performance, the difference between the two teams was that they kept the ball better, didn’t let us play the ball and scored a great goal.
    It was that simple.
Hold on tight it’s going to the end of the season folks!

There was one positive about drawing this game. Coming straight after that traumatic result against Swindon it was a good point against a decent side.

Disappointed with our performance tonight but in the end it was important that we didn't get beat.

A win on Monday would put us in a really strong position for the Autos with Wimbledon still to play Vale and Donny having to travel to Notts on the final day.

Wondered how midfield would look without Smallwood. We really missed him tonight which worries me for next two games. I agree with a few on here, Pointon & Pattison both looked well off it tonight, sloppy. However, they only dropped points through a wonder goal. It’s far from over yet even if we end up 4th tomorrow evening.

On another note, can someone please work out how to turn the bloody brightness down on those boards at the Bradford End. Can’t see anything in bottom half of goal from Kop.

I think we didn't really help ourselves with our play off the ball which meant the transitions didn't click either.

Notts play with a wing back on either touchline and they rarely come inside. They keep one man wide at all times. We never play that wide, we shift as a pack but if the balls on the other side of the pitch, our WBs nip in 10 yards. So it wasn't our usual shape or game, but we tried matching up and Sarce & Pointon were shifting side to side far too much to keep up. But it meant when we got the ball back, we didn't have our usual easy ball in Smallwood, and Khela or Patto didn't know which one was supposed to drop at times to receive it. Then even if we did get it out, because we were spread 10 yards wider than we usually play, the simple pass was never really on to build up and we ended up punting it and hoping it would land.

Cocked up subbing Baldwin for Sarce. I fear he’s overthinking things at the moment. All eyes on the Friday fixtures now

Also… that’s a freak goal. Very rare you see a goal of that quality in League 2.

Back to relying on others and now having to beat Chesterfield
Wimbledon beating them could be their season over but then they close the gap on 3rd
Beating Chesterfield is an absolute must or fear the playoffs beckons

Totally agree, such a bad sub. The midfield was already getting run over so GA brings on a CH for a midfielder and pushes the only CM further up. I’ve said all season GA makes dreadful decisions. Sarc off, Walker/Lapsie on, Goldeick doesn’t get that 15 yard space. Last 2 games have been GA errors

Enjoyed that tonight, two good league 2 teams going toe to toe, unlucky to get the three points, took a worldie for them to gain a point.
All still to play for, let's hope some results fall in our favour tomorrow
All still to play for, come on city we can do this!

How good is it to see vp so buzzing and full at this stage of the season?

    3 games left , let's have it!!!!!

For all Notts' posession and neat, tidy interplay, I wasn't the least bit worried until the substitution. They had created bugger all. Sarcevic needed to come off but why oh why replace him with a CB and play him out of position. Surely Walker or Lapslie would have kept our shape better and given Notts much more to worry about. Sometimes I have no idea what GA is thinking.

Spot on! I hoped for a win but feared a defeat. I thought they were the better side but we could have nicked it. Before the Crewe game I said I didn't think we would win all 3 home games and that we would have to get an away win from somewhere to get top 3. That will definitely need to be the case now, and 2 wins and a draw gets us up.
