    Remember taking my 5 year old nephew to that game. He'd only ever been to a couple previously and he was more interested in the sweets and the fast food lunch than the football. Had to try and explain that most matches involving City weren't usually that exciting or eventful.

    Stockport County just brings one thing to mind for me as a City fan going back to the late eighties.
    Kevin Francis He was probably the one player in my watching career who stood out as undoubtedly the most difficult player for our sides to play against.
    6'7 of power and awkwardness and no little talent.
    I was so pleased when he moved off our radar.I'm not sure we ever got the better of Stockport when he played.
