Slightly surprised Wadsworth hasn't been offered another year to see if he can make the breakthrough but at least from his point it gives him a chance to find a club where he can be a regular starter.
Suspect with Walker we've decided not to trigger the extra year as we want to negotiate a lower base salary with more appearance bonuses which could get him the same or more overall but only if he plays.
I did think Doyle might retire from playing this summer and just focus on playing.

To be fair, who was our last centre back since Reece Burke who didn't have a turning circle of an oil tanker? It's a common trait of L2 defenders!

I think that will come later in the summer, 1st priority was getting the 1 year extension sorted to stop any rumours that he's leaving and to stop any clubs thinking they could get him on a free.

He didnt feature in 3 of the last 7 games. And their defence was 5th best in the division.

Just seemed a bizarre thing to say in response to why we shouldnt sign a player.
