Whatever anyone may or may not think about GR's time at City, he certainly knew how to make supporters feel like valued customers.

And if the ticket office were short of staff to answer phones, he would have been in there answering them himself.

I know what you mean. I'm just about used to it now and stopped thinking I've missed a sending off every time it comes on

Stay where you are. Everyone in the lower B stand who are currently there shouldn’t move. That’s what the club wants to happen. Why move though?

Just want to move further back. A couple of years back, me and the wife didn't renew in time to keep our seats and we were just allocated 2 at random, block C lower kop, level with the crossbar. There's barely anyone on our row because you cant see anything that happens at the other end clearly for the crossbar and the goal. We usually wait 5 mins or so into the match and my mate has some spares by him, then we shift back about 6 or 7 rows. There's always 3 or 4 seats in front of my pal who always renew but never sit in those seats, so we jump in them if there are free.

However, if as many as we think haven't renewed, there must be 2 better ones where we can see the game, so hoping to shift backwards. Frees up my two as well which are about 5 or 6 rows from the pitch and if people who want "atmosphere" cant get into B, it will inevitably have people just go to A or C instead, so two more for those who might want to sit closer to the pitch.

What row is that? We're on row K and I never really notice the crossbar.

H I think? Wife holds both our cards but right by the steps before D. Theres never anyone sat on that row for the first 10 or so seats in (and we barely try sit there either) but even when it is busy and we had to sit there, everyone just says "cant see F all round here". Wrexham game rings a bell.

Has anyone had confirmation of their ST purchase and how much they will be paying?

If I go into my account it just shows I have renewed out ST’s. However, there is nothing to say how much it will be costing me (I paid for 2 ST’s by DD). Isn’t that illegal?

Heck, even a simple “thank you” for renewing would’ve been nice, but this is a bantams thing I guess…rude bastards

I'm guessing it's £249 plus the direct debit fee of £5 divided by 12. Well that's what I assumed it would be when I did it.

I got a "thank you for renewing" email just for me from Graham Alexander.

I was pretty surprised, the email came through last Wednesday and I hadn't renewed at that point.

I’m assuming if and when I get a direct debit breakdown it will have corrected.
    If and when……

I don’t sit in Block B but I’d definitely move if I was because I don’t want a flag waving drum banging tw@@ stood up in front of me the whole game.
How is it even permitted to endorse persistent standing in any seated area when the whole reason they’ve been ousted from the NWC is because the authorities have said it’s not allowed.

Well if people don’t move then it will be how it is currently. No need for pointless flags!

Those currently in the B block need to stay put.
