I've renewed and all my group of 8 have renewed

Happy clapping home and away 24/25 season .

It was never in doubt with my group!, when I asked them their reply was why wouldn't I renew!
Come on city! We're all excited for next season.

Get them tickets bought everyone, we're in this together!

 

I got that email too. I haven't had a season ticket for over twenty years

The video is giving off proper IS*S vibes. Rupp and Sparks should have been stood behind him in full military gear. Marketing department must do better! They could have at least made it a bit more grainy and roughed him up a bit.

 

I think the same happened last year as well where they sent the thank you email to everyone rather than those that had rebewed

If I do renew it will be for me to get out & about & if my health allows
Last info I got was only 3500 had renewed there season tickets so far that info is over a week old
I think by Monday it will double that how many more by end of April?

I feel like I've been going along time, started about 95 missing 4 seasons as I lived abroad (championship and premier league seasons I didn't go once) season ticket holder since about 2005.

Call me a happy clapper if you like, but two months ago marked the 70th anniversary of my first game watching City. Since then I've rarely missed a home match , and have watched City at 75 different grounds up and down the country, I've known the desperation of applying for re-election and the highs of reaching the Premiership, plus 4 visits to Wembley. So if anyone thinks that I should now refrain from buying a new season ticket , they can think again. City is in my blood,!!

 

Good on you my friend I'm a little behind you with regards how long I have been following our team I can understand why after all these years you might be called a happy clapper and understand perfectly why others don't feel renewing is the right thing to do.
Both me and my grandson already renewed in my case for the very reasons you posted above with regards the grandson, grandads paying, and although after the Notts County game he told me he will not be attending any more home games until the last home game of the season for obvious reasons I've yet to ask if he wants picking up this Saturday .

 

I can only boast 65 years watching City but the memories, good and bad, are precious .....

 

I've noticed yet again due to someone's incompetence the abuse online being received by the ticket office staff over a video inadvertently sent out to all season ticket holders
I called by the office yesterday and three yes three staff were doing their level best to deal with everything from tickets enquires to away ticket sales.
Now I'm just a supporter but whilst there my observations made me come to the conclusion they need extra help but once again it's been overlooked.
Should of been a priority to set on a temporary team of workers even if it was just to cover a few week.
I have nothing but respect for the current employees in our ticket office they are trying their best in a very difficult and abusive environment.
This whole season ticket fiasco could and should of been avoided.
What actually do Ticketmaster do for their new customer Bradford City, shouldn't someone be in the office to assist our staff with the smooth transition instead of the our ticket staff trying to make the best of this enforced change.

 

The other half has been going 67 years.

Totally agree. I honestly have no idea why any so called supporter feels it necessary to abuse staff in this manner. It was probably a computer clitch or whatever and probably no human error at all. Plus as you say extra temporary staff and Ticketmaster should be rolling up their sleeves and sorting this out.

 

Wonder if Marco was down there doing a shift? These few weeks when we are bringing in the majority of our ticket income all staff should be down there helping out.

 

Marco was one of the three working Storck along with stalwart Mick and another chap.

I also have renewed along with my Dad and was never in doubt we are life long city fans through good and bad.

I will say one thing the club do not deserve the fans the way they treat them.

Like a lot of people a couple of years ago we paid 5 pound for the season ticket cards which we was told would last 5 years.

Now we are been told you can have another card but must pay for this and the 3 very rude guys in the club shop said show me where it said the old ticket lasts 5 years.

Its not the costs for me or my Dad and i am happy to have it on my phone but my Dad is 70 and in the era of not understanding technology and believe he was treated like dirt on this a man who was there when the fire broke out well before these 3 jobs worths were there
