    I was given the option of DD or Debit Card or Credit Card. I didn’t see any option to pay monthly

    Got an email this morning from GA thanking me for renewing!
    I didn't realise I had!?
    Is this like those online insurance policy renewals where, if you don't tick a box buried in the small print, it auto renews?

    I got the same email and haven't renewed either. I feel like it's a marketing plan? Which is going to be horribly misjudged and lead to a busy day on the ticket office phoneline.

    I've some experience of marketing emails and this has all the hallmark of a f@#k up.
    I suspect it's been issued in error. Maybe it should have gone to the folk who swapped seats. Wasn't the deadline this week.?
    Looks like someone set the wrong parameters and it's gone to all current ST holders regardless of whether you renew or not.
