It needs a cultural reset, New leadership at the club, likely new ownership, a squad overhaul, investment in the infrastructure of the club. Its a huge shift, and I have zero confidence we have the intent or means to make that shift.

I just do not think 1 transfer window, where we did very little, probably because he inherited a bloated squad with very little room to move, is not enough to judge him on.

They are a far better side than us, the difference in quality is startling!
The kicker being Anthony O'connor, Matty Daly and Levi Sutton look a lot better than what we currently have.

 

I'm not sure what people expect.
We are a crap mid table league 2 side due to having 2 managers in a season with totally different ideas on how to play the game, coupled with poor recruitment for a formation that requires some real athletism and players fit to play in it.
Oyegoke in holding midfield, Richards and Halliday wing backs, Tyler the feather Smith up top??
Change those 4 for players who can specialise in those roles and we would look a lot better.

Watching Bradford atm is like an abusive relationship where one minute she’s giving you lots of BJs and cooking you a steak dinner then the next she’s screaming at you like a banshee for catching you fingering her mate. That’s exactly how Bradford City treats us. One minute we have a glimmer of hope. The next minute we’re beyond being utter tripe. Problem is when the days are this long and abusive with very little BJs you start thinking I might as well support Leeds. At least they are a club with ambition and a professional structure that Bradford has never had!


Btw I want to add. I would never support Leeds.

If their chairman is so good why did he appoint Alexander in the first place when everyone knows the type of football he plays which isn't what they want?
Also they were 16th when he was sacked and dropped to 18th in Williamson's 1st game when he lost to Accrington.
Since Alexander has taken over we've got 36 points form 25 games which whilst it the best it's far from as terrible as some are making out.

 

Most people will still have us as favourites for a top 3 finish, but I'd take 7th right now, and that's not me throwing in the towel Fordy!
