Get Walker on for the start of the second half for Smith push Kavanagh up front with Pointon and Walker supporting, someone has to up the tempo thats was a poor first half.

 

Missing Walker in my opinion.

Why can't one of the midfielders come short for the ball and make things happen? Is it that hard?

It's obviously that GA has set the team out to boot the ball or the players are taking the piss and dont buy into his tactics… either way; the man is useless as a manager

personally id take Oyegoke off. Not because hes played bad, but because that midfield is just so bloody negative an smallwood is an idiot who refuses to play the ball on the floor or at least bring it forward himself. he gets the ball an hits in the air a second later. like smith hasnt won a header all game, what the actual feck is the point of doing that

 

To be fair RT Cook had 3-4 like that lately and put em straight at the keeper. Smith just carrying on the tradition.
I am not rating Smith at all! Get rid!

 

All he does is hit and hope into the corners. I really hope he’s gone at the end of the season because he offers nothing at all. Everyone else see him hoofing it and they all follow suit, Platt, Kelly, Oyegoke, Richards. Without Walker dropping back to pick it up, we’re aimless. Poor game plan from GA.

 

Dreadful, ugly game of football. Our defence are thick as mince, constantly booting the ball out of play or straight back to a terrible Grimsby side.

 

Walker on for the second half surely, this lot can't make a simple pass, why constantly give 5'6" Smith a 10' high ball?

 

Is he out of contract at the end of this season because he's playing like he doesn't care, IMO of course.

 

Passing has been woeful in that half, yet we’ve had the only clear chance of half which unfortunately fell to Smith. Can’t say anyone’s had a good half can you.

 

Tbf i dont think we can single out any player for playing poorly… They are all poor today..
