    Dear all,

My sincere apologies for being away, and not being able to reply and give follow ups to action. I was unfortunately hospitalised again with the same infection that wiped me out at Christmas and only was released last weekend.

Since that release I have spent my time bringing actions up to speed, galvinizing our steering group and launching more social media updates. Some of you may know that we have today launched plans for a protest at the club on Good Friday. We will be meeting at 1.30pm and then protesting near the Directors entrance at 2pm. The objective, to try to obtain a plan and dialogue with the club. We know it's not perfect but we have to start protests now to try to bring the club to the table. Our Stefan Rupp package was sent back. Following dialogue with the local sorting office in Landshut, Germany we were advised that Stefan knew that the parcel was there and chose not to collect it. We abandoned further attempts after this.

This week I have held discussions with two major national newspaper groups, and which significant interest was shown in our work so far, and the decline of Bradford City attendance and poor form. It is more than likely that both those newspapers will cover our club and seek answers from Sparks and Rupp. We have also held an initial conversation with two German media groups, who again have shown significant interest in what is going on in BD8.

Our objectives are the same...get the club to engage with us, for the club to provide a plan of it's intentions and objectives and to answer the questions from our fans at a fans forum with Stefan Rupp and Ryan Sparks in attendance.

I know this is a brief update but from the moment I arrived out of hospital, I have worked on Bradford City.

I hope you are all well, and thank everyone from Bantams Talk for the support, encouragement and advice you've provided to me. I genuinely appreciate it, and I hope we all get the club we deserve.

    Steve

Hope you're on the mend @Bantam Steve@Bantam Steve.

Glad to see the work continue and the media work you mention is key as the next step I think. Most outsiders look at us and just think 'how?' without knowing the desperation of our situation. It would be great to see some proper light shone on our situation in (inter)national media.

I'm going to do everything I can. Our supporters continue to provide insight and suggested actions to consider. I am looking at everything that comes through. Media is interested and we have pitched a compelling overview this last week. As we speak, one of those newspapers has advised me that he is speaking to colleagues he has in Germany to pursue a comment and interview with SR. It will take time but we have backed up our promise to pursue supporter interests at Bradford City.

Thanks Andy, we promised we would do something and we intend to keep that promise. Where it will go, we don't know but we will keep knocking on the door.

Thanks Steve, I will be there. Cannot see my club die on its feet and stand around and do nothing.

    Great work, Steve!

I think the fanbase knows now more than ever that serious change is needed. This is worse than the Taylor times for me. I've lost the ability to care for this club after this season on the pitch and the constant mistakes off the field. Me and the wife I think are using the voting with our feet option for the season and would rather "walk" our 8 month old golden retriever of a Saturday afternoon... which isn't a walk, it's more the dog trying to launch my shoulder out of it's socket when it sees another dog, but even that's more enjoyable than Block C of the Kop for me lately.

Hope everything goes well with the media and our nightmare gets the publicity to launch it off the ground. Fingers crossed the protest is a success and nobody tries anything daft.

Yep, me and the lad will make the effort, he asked me what it will be like next Friday, i said TOXIC.
I for one will not stand idle and watch my club disappear into oblivion.

Thanks ever so much mate. We will keep pushing and see where we go. If I can unite supporters around the common goal and prove that we are doing everything we can to ensure our supporters are heard and getting the answers they need then that is going to help...the hard work begins now though.

can we get Simon Parker to put a headline on the back page of the T and A about the protest. As much publicity as can be raised.

Good idea however it will likely be behind a paywall and who actually pays to read the T&A?

Unfortunately, Simon Parker has made every effort to avoid us, will not engage with us and so we have ceased giving him opportunity. We have a much better relationship with BBC Radio Leeds who are actively interested in reporting on our efforts and giving us a right of reply.

You can see the headlines though, and that's all we need.

Well he obviously wants to keep his cosy little number. Could we get radio Leeds to let it be known in their sports shows, news etc

Bypass Parker and go straight to the editor when dealing with the T&A explain that Parker is ignoring you and your news input and also try the Yorkshire Post
