Invest in players who have consistently performed at league two.

Not like Chapman, Smith, Oduor - players who've done a couple of appearances at a higher level and may be able to adjust to league two.

Or Gilliead, Ridehalgh - average league two players.

The data doesn't lie. We've consistently not created enough chances in the last 2 or 3 seasons or scored enough goals.

The midfield is laughable. Smallwood and Walker against their diamond is absolutely killing us.

Smith has good movement but the lad is pure useless in front of goal unless he's playing against 15 year old academy players. As someone pointed out above, we keep signing rubbish from higher leagues and not building a solid squad of players who complement each other like Mansfield

Tonkinson is a young lad, learning his trade. Can't be playing Kelly as the main centre back when he's in first full season at league two. Ridehalgh isnt a central defender, cant be picking him there every game. Then a midfielder at right wing back. I mean, come on Alexander. Those are poor selections.
