    I can see that I have a notification to renew my season ticket, however I can't see my daughters season ticket even though it is an added friends and family. Is this just me or does this appear to be a system issue at the moment?

    A friend who is in the same position as you with his son and daughter has emailed the club's 'ticketing support' person about this. He's yet to receive a response from them. If you want, I'll let you know when he gets an answer.

    Ah, cheers. So it's an ongoing issue at the moment. No worries I'm not renewing today anyhow I was just having a quick gander at the site to see if any other seats were available round me.

    I've spoken to someone else who had this issue, apparently you have to change the settings on the friends and family so for each person you want to buy tickets for on the "me" section change "I can assign tickets to ???" to "I can manage tickets for ???" which sends a request to their account. Log into their account to accept the request then you should be able to buy tickets for them.

    No. I did for the very first season we had the deal, but since then it's been local pubs and arrive late !

    Ive managed to sort but the conformation email lists us both with the same membership number for two seats rather than both our individual numbers as expected ... Ive emailed the club

    I think you are going to have to set up an account in the other persons name to receive / accept the " friends request " Then it will link the two

    Impossible for the club to leave the ticketing as it was as the contract was up at the end of this season and the provider has left the sports sector to focus on other areas.

    That's why we won at Gettysburg, Pickett arrived late and charged !! Though to be fair, I wasn't involved at Gettysburg, that one was down to Winfield S Hancock and his trusty Colonel Joshua Chamberlain. I was still at Vicksburg that day.
