Loathe him or like him, he knows his style and makes it work at the lower levels of the football pyramid. I think he soon gets found out in the championship.

There have never been sustainable better times, the odd promotion here usually followed by a relegation, in my case as an old timer I don't over react to a result, you accept although as like yesterday it was a good result an equally poor result is just around the corner, my days of kicking the cat or telling the wife to tell the kids to keep quite are long gone, I do hope you younger end experience far better days and if that's in my time I'll certainly enjoy them.

 

Couldn't agree more. I find it staggering that the doom and gloom section on here can't even be happy with a 0-3 away win plus the simple fact that in the last ten games we've won five, drawn four, lost just once and only conceded five goals. Jeezus, get real folks.

 

I still get annoyed when we turn in abject performances, usually warn off by the time i have walked to the car. seen it far too many times, more important things in life. Will still be there next match in hope of that perfect game.

 

Probably gets home from work on a Friday, get into his full kit (including socks), and doesn't change again until Monday morning.

Then drifting off to sleep, dreaming of what could have been, but with a warm, comfortable, grateful feeling that we still have a club to support.
