A good 3 points and decent performance, Odour MOTM ?, now we need to get all 3 points against FGR Tuesday night.

 

To get into the play offs we need wins.

There is absolutely no doubt that GA has enough attacking options to score goals. Its one of the best range of options that we've had for a few years tbh.

If we get into the playoffs it will be down to GA's tactics and formations.

Also, we can't afford midfield injuries. It's undoubtedly our weakest area for depth

 

Love the stat. Since Accrington took their only old player off, everyone on the pitch and left on the bench for Accy were in primary school the last time John Coleman wasn't the manager of Accrington.

Professional performance, would have liked us to blow them out the water in the second half but job was already done.

 

The only disappointment is that score should have been doubled.

They sadly , weren’t even a decent pub side.

 

It worked for Alexander playing Stubbs there against Sutton but stopped so much creativity going forward playing Odour in a similar position, I'd think he's learnt.

 

Easiest win of the season as Bower said, could have scored a few more second half but wasn’t needed. Good 3 points and clean sheet. Onto the next one job done.

 

It means the team is doing well at the moment undeniably

No doubt in the last 5 games, other than Doncaster we’ve probably been the better side in the other 4 games. Shame GA started Oduor in CM as I think that massively affected our game, or it could have been 5 from 5, but on the flip side we’re still 5 points and teams off the playoffs.

Most results went our way today, plus we've increased our goal difference against 3 above us and have either 1 or 2 games in hand above most above and around us. At least it keeps things interesting because for now at least, we still have something to play for.

 

Disappointed we didn't score another 2-3 goals to be honest. Nice to see Walker back. Oduor the best player on the pitch. Really like Richards. So much better with him starting.

 

Games in hand on all bar Crawley, rather have the points in the bank, but GA has got us organised, and wining more often, which can not be a bad thing.

 

I liked the partnership of Richards at LWB and Ridehalgh at left CB. Gave us a good attacking threat down the left hand side.

I thought Smallwood was man of the match today, was good on the ball, good in the tackle and set the high tempo with getting the ball moving quickly and on the front foot.
