Exactly, it would need mass non payment. They can’t send bailiffs to everyone and nor can they put everyone in jail. A few breakaway rebels won’t make a difference.
You are asking the masses of fans to stop supporting the club in order to force change and I’m sorry, you’re pissing in the wind.

 

Not the best to compare a council to a Limited company but to give you an analogy
If your favourite restaurant continually served you poor meals and despite telling the owner he did nothing would you keep returning or avoid until the takings were so low they had to sell then return when under new management

 

But your favourite restaurant can be easily replaced, your favourite football club that runs through your veins cannot.

It does of course depend. What if boycotting left them no choice. They sold up cheap to Jim's cafe whose heart was in the right place but couldn't afford the upkeep of the restaurant, or to employ decent staff. Or would I better to bide my time in the hope the original owners hit upon the right head chef or sold to Marcus Waring?

Well Rupp wants 8 Million and whether we or any potential buyer thinks that’s the correct price, he won’t be ‘forced’ to sell for less.
And furthermore, if fans succeed in driving him out, what’s to say he won’t just sell to anyone with the money whether they are appropriate or not?
He could have sold to WAGMI and chose not to. Would you have preferred those idiots?

Yes we probably should be a league 1 club but as far as the Championship is concerned, it’s a different animal to the last time we were promoted there in 1996 and I doubt we could ever survive beyond a few seasons there nowadays.

Bradford city football club belongs to Mr Rupp.
What if he decides to cut his losses and sell to someone with even less interest or money or make everyone at the club redundant and sell off for scrap. Probably unlikely, but we will not force him out by not attending, he will just get Sparks to reduce the budget any way he can.
As i have said before , we have a good enough turnover, how it has been used is the issue. I would start with Sparks and Gent.
