I'd agree £50 would be excellent.

I have a good friend who is heavily involved within Wycombe’s set up, who indicates they very much want to win this game. Yesterday they played well in the local derby with Oxford but just couldn’t score.

They’re not expecting to bring many more than a few hundred away fans.

Make no mistake, we will have to play well and be defensively dogged to win this one - but we do owe Wycombe one!

Ps has there been an update on ticket sales? Think it was around 3,000 last I saw but that must have been a week ago - hopefully past weeks results will give it a boost

22,000 for a game down the road when im sure it was a cheap ticket day is a lot different to a game over 200 miles away that will cost a hell of a lot.............. if we took 24k to a game that would decide if we got promoted then i doubt that we will have anywhere near them numbers for this tinpot trophy ............im going 12/13k

Probably unlikely to get there, but should we do so it isn’t just keen City fans who like the day out in London. We took 30,000 in 1996 when we averaged about 5,000 for home games. Although it’s a minor cup, it’s a lucrative cup and Plymouth and Bolton filled the stadium last season. It’s a good day out and a lot of family members of season ticket holders will be going who wouldn’t dream of going to a home game and that will annoy the hell out of Loyal Bantam.

Anyone know the situation with regards Young, Wright, Kavanagh and Walker being cup tied for the Wycombe game ?.

Walker is because he played in the Cup for Charlton. Young played for us against Doncaster so he can certainly play if fit. Wright and Kavanagh not sure about.

Wright and Kavanagh will be ok. They came to us from Championship clubs who don't compete in the EFL Trophy.

Wright and Kavanagh both played for Championship clubs before signing for us so they are fine. The only cup tied player we have is Walker as you've mentioned

Wasn’t Kavanagh on loan at Newport? Might have played for them.

Plymouth got 16k in their semi last season and took 40k to Wembley.
Is our support just using something to try and justify their lack of effort and passion.

I think the 30,000 at Wembley in 1996 had a lot to do with it being City's first ever appearance there. I can't see anything like those numbers travelling down there for the BSM trophy or even a play-off final these days. Those that went because of the novelty [first time playing at the stadium, or watching City at the new Wembley] in any of our other visits won't be as motivated particularly when people are struggling to pay the bills.

Yes, it’s very definitely still there. It has three normal inpatient wards, a Low Secure unit and a specialist Learning Disabilty Unit. Since Scalebor Park Hospital at Burley closed down, Lynfield is the only NHS Psych hospital for Bradford and Shipley residents (although there are two private psych hospitals, at Bierley and Wyke). There is also a psych unit on the grounds of Airedale Hospital for Bingley and Keighley patients.

Plymouth just have a far better support base than we do. Amazing away support when every away game is right trek

I don’t give a shiny shite if the plastics and WAGS come out in force so long as they don’t clutter up the online ticket queue when they go on sale.
Make it priority for a few hours and then open it up to everyone.
