Looks like the situation with Young is similar to when we sold Wyke didn’t want an injury to scupper a move and in this case to force one

I wasn't trying to defend Cook, but at least he put his one on one away until the lino flagged 5 minutes after he was off side, why do the powers that be think this new rule for an off side offence is benefiting the game.

I liked what he had to say on what went wrong today, let's hope he fixes it and we go on a good unbeaten run. That my new year sorted ;)

Just like against Crewe, he had a easy chance where he sliced it wide.

Kelly appealed for offside for the first goal and, having watched the video and frozen it a few times, I think it was. Also having watched it a few times, Halliday looked to get a toe to the ball before their player decided to dive and roll. I would not have given the penalty. Having said that, I thought we managed the game badly after going ahead and Crawley were worth their win. We never really looked much like scoring - worryingly despite a couple of sitters - while they looked dangerous often when they needed to. I miss the day, many years ago, when we looked dangerous on the break like that.

If Cook is being fouled constantly with no free kicks, he should start fouling back and force the ref to start blowing for them. Once the ref has blown for a few of his, it becomes much harder for the ref to deny the fouls on him.

City are too slow all over the pitch, any team with a bit of pace will beat us. Crawley were poor, we were worse. It's embarrassing every tin pot team rolls up and turns wishy washy city over.this lot don't deserve the support they get.

Just a minute it was only a couple of weeks ago Alexander said he was surprised by the quality of the squad he'd inherited.
Pray tell us what you believe the fans should do to turn our club around, throw tennis balls on the pitch, stay away, were all ears ?.

I've raised this question before but look at the complete mess Crawley were in a couple of weeks before the season began. Look at the issues they've had since. And yet they have a team of skillful, mobile and pacey players who've beaten us comprehensively twice. Look at Swindon and all their issues. Look at the clubs who were in the National League not long ago. All have passed us by. And we have huge crowds, we're solvent and we have by all accounts a very competitive budget every season. You'd have to try really hard to make such a mess of things as we manage season after season. It's beyond depressing.

I think that can be said of both our full backs, although Halliday IMO is the better of the two in that position.

It was dangerous on the terraces, today the H&S call games of because the pavements outside the ground could be slippery, that day was down right dangerous for fans never mind the players.

First time I've seen the replay of the game, although I'm not a lover of players from either side winding opposition fans up I suppose in Crawley case they have to make the best of performing in front of a descent sized crowd..

He'd better have a good memory as there was so much wrong with todays game from a Bradford City prospective.

They shouldn't be delaying the flag at our level. Can't say I've seen linos waiting to raise the flag until the attack has finished. It's mainly for VAR purposes which makes sense to me to wait until the attack is over.

One thing I've noticed is that GA's first major change to the team had a back three then Smallwood and the wingbacks and then Walker on the left and Gilliead on the right in more advanced midfield roles, a 10 and an 8 if you like, with Smith and Cook upfront. That was a very positive set up which brought us some success. Since Walker's injury we have Smallwood and Gilliead sitting deep and Oduor on his own further forward. That's much like a Hughes setup and the results, and the football, have been predictably dire.

Somehow it seemed obvious it would actually happen before it did. I have never ever seen us get a penalty , score , and think how crap was that?
