    Yes, maybe he needs a megaphone so he is a little bit clearer?

    Why sell a proven striker to look for another striker that is proven.

    They aint identical at all....Kemp is out of contract in 6 months and Young has 18, possibly 30 months remaining.

    MK Dons need to cash in, we dont.

    Portsmouth fan Simon Parker asked GA if the club had had any potential clubs wanting to sign Jake Young. His reply was that Ryan had received a couple of tentative enquiries.
    Earlier in the press conference Jamie Rayner asked if Jake would be in the squad for Saturday? GA said that he trained today with the group who had played the 4 games over Christmas. He is carrying a slight niggle but has been playing with it.
    The manager's view is that with Jake "it's like signing a new player".

    Not sure that was ever really a goer. Back to Jake Young, if any club was genuinely interested I'd have expected them to have stuck a speculative bid in because of the situation. If he plays on Saturday then he ain't moving. That would tell me no one was genuinely interested in buying him in this window.
