Yep, i have posted in earlier threads about funding and when Millwall beat us to promotion Theo Paphitis the owner then has mentioned they have had to pump in north of £50 million to keep them in the championship over the years whilst City went south pretty quickly.
No way Rupp would have funded us like Millwall were/are

 

And I very much doubt we will ever have owners willing to do that

Sorry its confused you Park. Its really not that complicated. 4 weeks and we still are interviewing. Clear as day we had no contingency plan to hand if and when Hughes was sacked. If McDonald had not had the two poor last two games we'd have just poddled along, delaying what should have already been sorted out. Big Kev did not want the job all along and we should have had a manager in place by now. Funny how it took MK Dons 2 days to bring Williamson in but we are, in Sparks words, still doing our 'due dilligence'.

We put a temporary manager in place who until the weekend had won three and drawn one.
They have acted in haste in the past and it hasn’t worked this time they going in depth obviously. Gillingham have taken a similar length of time and whilst they have someone in mind there has been no appointment
