Surely it’s someone pulling your leg. The club isn’t worth anywhere near that. I’d struggle to justify 5mill never mind 11.

If you want to get involved in football then 10mil is actually a good price for us.
Nobody else is available that has 15k ST holders and a 25k capacity stadium for anything like that sort of price.
Your alternatives either don't have the supporter base(just like MK Don's tonight) or it would cost much more than 10mil to build/upgrade the ground to hold 25k.

You think 10mill is a good price for a league 2 club with no assets? If Rupp gets 10-11million for Bradford then the bloke is a genius and the buyer is an idiot.

As I said if you want to get involved in football then yes it is. Too many investors see the prem money and think I want a slice of that, the options for them are buy a club that's up there either bottom prem or championship, which would cost in the hundreds of mil now or start lower and build it up.

so am I understanding you right? Rupp has offers of £8.5m, plus the necessary guarantees, on the table from more than one party?

At some stage Rupp needs some 'encouragement' to accept 8.5m.

I remember when we used to be able to laugh at Crawley Town because of their atrocious owners :worried:

More like £25-30+ million to build a 25,000 seater stadium!

Didn’t we receive £2M or there abouts from the Mcburnie deal? Always assumed the MB windfall went towards paying Rupp his loan. If it didn’t then where did it go, because it hasn’t been put towards the playing budget.

It's a shame someone like Winkelman won't buy us. As soulless as MK stadium was last night, i'd love a ground as nice as that

It helped sort out the mess Edin left us in. It also gave Bowyer a cracking budget in an attempt to get straight back up.
    That was wasted unfortunately.

Do well to build a 25,000 seater stadium for less than £50 million these days.
