The precious City fans who want a squeaky clean manager can feck off.

This seems to be cropping up every week now and with good reason. That late goal would appear the definition of papering over the cracks.

Once again I say the Cowleys would be the perfect appointment.

 

Has to be Darrell Clarke. Forget thinking Darren Moore would come here but Clarke would would get us up. The job he did at Port Vale was remarkable from saving them from relegation to the Conference taking them up the next year. He’s not there now but he laid the foundations and they are currently 2nd in League 1. For me he should be at the very top our shortlist.

I understand the logic behind being doubtful. But my gut tells me he would. Stevenage have a much lower ceiling. I think this is a job he's wanted for yonks. He'd take it, I really think he would. But Sparks wouldn't do it.
