    Definitely right wing, wide players are now predominantly players who cut in and shoot rather than hitting the byline and crossing. From his own YouTube videos he looks more of a finisher than provider.

    That's just reminded me, did we hire a new physio? The main guy from last season left didn't he? Rotherham I think?

    At the start of the season, they were still advertising the job on twitter and the website but can't remember seeing anything about a new hire.

    Reading a few reviews about the league, the consensus seems to be that the Cymru Premier equates roughly to the Northern Premier League. The New Saints are another level (or 2?) above that, which is why they win the league almost every season.

    I thought we were going for a few tweaks in this window which, I hoped would mean some proven quality. This signing brings the squad up to thirty two, I think, including those sent out on loan, so we're going down the same route as last season.

    Good luck to the lad , I hope he's a success. His signing will probably stunt the progress of Pointon though.

    Talking of "big" signings, what's happened to Ash Taylor? I've not heard any update on the "injury". Mysteriously disappeared off the radar.

    Don’t they usually do alright in the early stages of whichever euro competition they qualify for.
    Sure their record over the last 5 seasons hasn’t been too bad.
    Like you say,don’t judge the Welsh league on TNS.though.
    They are head and shoulders the best team.

    Once he's kissed the Bantam on the City shirt, what more can we ask for? Oh yes, standing in front of the Kop and clapping the crowd! :) And having put his recent injuries behind him.

    That's not quite correct. We appear to have reached the limit on the numbers allowed in the squad list. We can still bring in loans or indeed contracted players but only if they are U21 unless another player leaves,
