Our recruitment really seems to have gone up a level. We know how the recruitment works so the difference can’t be the new coach. Presumably the difference is the wages we are offering? No big outlay on transfer fees so more money to spread around. Has someone got through to Edin? Any chance that Grayson’s advice on existing players and recruitment sunk in? Collins appointment still remains bizarre and the worry that the coaches won’t be left to coach still lingers but I think we’ve signed a handful of good players to give us a chance. Collins must be busting with excitement.

Now now, SYB. You may well be proved right eventually but recent evidence suggests that that's unlikely. ;-) This new squad and 'Edin's Way' may look impressive now but everything is relative and they've done nowt and won nowt so far. That's not to they won't do well and I'm as optimistic as ever, right now. However, being smug with the benefit of hindsight, especially before a ball has been kicked in anger is a bit dumb, if you'll forgive me for saying so. And there's no need to disrespect McCall at all in this. Sometimes things just need to play out.

Great signing by city ,I couldn't have wished for a better replacement for Wyke. His all round game is an improvement on Wyke and he can create a goal for himself and not afraid to have a shot from outside the box. Well done to all concerned in getting this deal done.

Hope the positivity around the club carries on for a long time to come. Been too much negativity and I don`t think many of us can argue with the quality of signing. Hope people get off the owners backs and give our manager the positive support we have given others in the past We the supporters create the atmosphere and so looking forward to Barnsley week Saturday and the tremendous atmosphere we can create at VP.
